Our prices align with the current NDIS Price Guide and NDIS Support Catalogue.
Prices are valid from 1st July 2026 and may be adjusted if NDIS pricing changes. Any services exceeding funding limits or not covered by the NDIS are the participant’s responsibility.
How you can pay
- NDIA-managed: we claim payment directly from the NDIA.
- Plan-managed: we claim payment from your nominated Plan Management Provider.
- Self-managed: we invoice you directly, with payment due within 7 days via direct debit or EFT.

Additional charges
- Vehicle use: workers may use their own vehicles for approved transport or errands, charged at $1.20/km. All travel must be pre-approved.
- Parking: up to $5.00 per hour if incurred during a shift.
- Entry and activity fees: fees for community events or activities are the participant’s responsibility and cannot be charged to NDIS funding unless included in the approved plan.
- Wellness checks: minimum charge of 30 minutes at the standard rate.
Cancellation policy
- Please give 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled services.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 7 days’ notice, or do not attend, and we cannot reallocate the worker’s time, 100% of the scheduled fee will be charged.
